The paper puts forward the orientation and development goals of 24HMB medical education platform. According to the characteristics of medical education and health care system in China, the paper designs the basic framework of medical education platform. And then it analyzes the feasibility of 24HMB medical education platform based on policy basis, current situation of the industry, market demand as well as advantages and shortcomings of 24HMB. At last, the paper discusses ways to put the platform into practice.
