硐室爆破在火区煤矿井采转露采中的应用(上) 被引量:2

摘要 我国95%的煤矿属井工开采,煤炭平均回采率不足40%,大量的煤炭丢弃使得我国煤炭资源日益紧张。为了解决能源日益短缺的局面,神华宁煤大峰矿对该矿回采率极低的井工开采方法首次尝试采用露采方式来提高回采率。通过理论分析和试验研究,解决了高温火区煤矿的爆破施工难题,对高温火区的大峰矿羊齿采区上部水平山体顺利实施硐室大爆破。实践证明:硐室爆破是实现井工开采转露采的科学施工手段。 Underground mining is applyed in ninety-five percent of coal mine in China,and average percentage recovery of coal is no more than forty percent,in resuh,a mass of coal is thrown away and causes increasingly short supply of coal resource in China. In order to solved this problem,opencast working is using instead of underground working for tbe first time so as to improve the percentage recovery in Dafeng Coal Mine of Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co Ltd. Here by analyse and experiment research, the problem about blasting construction of coal mine with fire and high temperature is solved, and the technique is successed in chamber blasting at upside lever of Yangci Mining Section in Dafeng Coal Mine. It is proved,the chamber blasting is the feasible method for opencast working instead of underground working in mining.
