According to the successful examples of the building blasting on the complex environmental conditions,introduced the importance of the pretreatment program and technical to the directional controlled blasting. At the same time, having given the detailed exposition of the blasting parameters, the blasting network and the security protection of the project,and analyzed the effects of blasting,which has reference value for similar projects.
