摘要
基于人力资本理论和筛选模型阐释高校扩招导致高等教育质量受到一定影响,以及大学毕业生就业率有所下降的原因在于,受教育群体的个人能力和特质与其所受教育内容的错位。分析在就业率有所下降和接受高等教育的成本也有所上升的情况下,仍有越来越多的个人继续选择接受高等教育的原因在于:个体追求个人效用最大化的理性选择。
Based on human capital theory and sorting model, it is illustrated that the reason why university enrollment expansion has led to the affected quality of higher education and the declined employment rate of college graduates is that the educatees' individual abilities and particularities and the educational contents of the educatees are disturbed. The reason why more and more individuals are still choosing to receive higher education under the background of declining employment rate and rising cost of receiving higher education is that the rational choice of the individuals' pursuing their maximization of utilities.
