To introduce wet wire drawing machine control system been made up of ABB transducer, S7 -200PLC and TD200 text display. The control block diagram is given, and the control principle is explained briefly. The parameters enactment of transducer for driving of wet wire drawing machine, take-up, wire-arrange device and the PLC interface collocation are expounded. The system has advantages of perfect function, convenient debugging and stable run.
