摘要
目的确定治疗脑瘫痉挛的理想A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)剂量计算公式中的系数。方法将58例脑瘫患儿(男性38例、女性20例,年龄27～144个月,平均59.3±24.6个月)按剂量系数分为A、B、C、D、E五组,给予不同剂量的BTX-A治疗。结果从运动功能改善的角度考虑,D组的BTX-A剂量比较适合;从疗效持续时间的角度考虑,C组的BTX-A剂量比较适合,理想的系数应为1.8。结论小腿三头肌初次BTX-A理想剂量的计算公式应为:剂量(I U)=(1+1.8×MAS评分)×体重(kg)。
Objective To determine the coefficient in the formula of the optimal dose of botulinum toxin A （BTX-A） to treat spastic cerebral palsy （CP）. Methods 58 CP children （male 38, female 20, mean age 59.3±24.6 months, range 27 to 144 months） wer divided into A, B, C, D and E five groups according to used coefficient and treated by BTX-A with different doses to release th spasticity. Results According to the improvement of motor function, the BTX-A dose of the group D was optimal. According to th effective endurance, the BTX-A dose of the group C was optimal. The optimal coefficient was 1.8. Conclusion The formula of th optimal BTX-A dose injected in triceps surae is dose = （1 ＋ 1.8 ）〈 MAS score）× body weight.
