美俄油井水泥标准中理化指标及差异性研究

Study on physical & chemical index differences between Chinese,American and Russian oil well cement standard

油井水泥标准是油井水泥企业生产检验和出厂判定的依据,也是用户判定产品合格与否的依据。文章介绍了中、美、俄油井水泥标准的发展情况。其中通过对中、美、俄油井水泥标准中主要化学成分和物理性能指标的规定对比研究,找出这三国油井水泥当前标准中理化指标差异,探讨标准指标的优缺点,这对我国油井水泥的生产、检验及出口有一定的指导作用。

The oil well eement standard is not only the basis for cement makers to control the production and inspect their products, but also the basis for customers evaluate the quality of products. This article provides an introduction of the development of oil well cement standard in China, USA and Russia, finds out the differences existing in physical and chemical index of these three standards through a comparison of main index of chemical components and physical characteristics, discusses the pros and cons of these standard index. This analysis has a certain degree of guidance to the production, inspection and exportation of Chinese oil well cement enterprises.
