摘要
山东德州晶体集团大坝2500t/d熟料生产线窑头密封采用了传统的迷宫式加鱼鳞片式复合密封。投运后密封失效严重,影响系统正常运行。作者详细分析了密封失效而产生漏风的各种原因;并就采取的针对性改进措施进行了一一介绍。改进后,窑头密封达到了设计要求。
The kiln hood sealing of 2 500 t/d clinker production line of Shandong Dezhou jinghua Group Daba Co., Ltd. is the traditional type of labyrinth ring plus lamellas, it has serious problems since its putting into operation and the normal running of system was influenced badly. The author gives a detailed analysis on various reasons of this failure and introduces measures for improvement. The kiln hood sealing has achieved design requirement after renovation.
