回转窑轮带直径测量系统优化设计

摘要 为了提高回转窑轮带直径测量的稳定性和精确度,针对传统回转窑轮带直径测量系统存在的问题(如标准轮和轮带之间易滑动,温度的影响,轮带磨损带来测量误差等),进行了优化结构设计,采取在标准轮外缘增加硅胶圈和采用因瓦合金制作标准轮外轮等措施,并配套了相应的信号采集处理系统,实现了测量信号的准确及时跟踪和精确分析。 To improve the stability and precision of live ring diameter measurement, aimiog at the existing problems of the conventional meausrement system as the standard ring often slides on the live ring, influence of temperature and error brought by live ring abrasion, designed and optimized the measurement system. The methods include that add a silica gel ring on the standard ring and make outer standard ring use invar alloy, and equipped a corresponding data acquisition and processing system, and so realized timely capturing and precise analysis for the measure sign.
