简要介绍了台泥(英德)水泥有限公司一期2条6000t/d熟料生产线总包工程的履约概况,并从工程设计角度详细分析了该一期工程主机设备的配置特点及优化设计情况;此外,还介绍了五方面的设计管理举措,使该工程EPC合同的履约得以保证。

Introduced in brief the performance of the general contracting project of two 6 000 t/d clinker production lines of Taiwan Cement （Yingde） Group, and analysed the main equipment allocation and the design optimization. Moreover, introduced some design management tips which guaranteed the EPC contract performance.
