摘要
介绍了2007年10月山东某搅拌站由于变更外加剂后,因水泥与外加剂相容性变差而出现配制混凝土经时流动度损失大,甚至到场出现急凝的不良现象;从水泥产品角度,详细分析了该批次水泥本身存在的与外加剂相容性不良的潜在因素和相应的改进措施。水泥生产企业实施调整措施后,所生产的水泥与外加剂的相容性得到了进一步的提高。
In Oct. 2007, a mixing plant in Shangdong Province, as they changed the additive the compatibility between cement and the additive was poor which made the concrete fluidity loss great and flash set. As viewed from cement product, analysed in detail the potential factors affect the compatibility between the cement and the additive and the improvement. Finally, after the cement plant adjusted the production process, the compatibility between the produced cement and the additive got better.
