Comparative Trial of Eight Pepper Cultivars

引进7个外地辣椒品种,对其生长特性、产量、抗病性等方面与本地主栽品种湘研19号进行比较试验,筛选出在产量、抗病性、商品性等方面优于本地主栽品种的兴蔬16号,该品种适合在福建推广种植。

Seven new domestic cultivars of pepper were introduced. Comparison trial between the seven new cultivars and the local cultivar were carried out in some characteristics such as growth trait, yield and disease resistance. The results showed that ＂Xinshu No.16＂ was superior to local variety in some characteristics of early-mature, yield, disease resistance and commercial trait. ＂Xinshu No.16＂ is suitable for planting and extension in Fujian Province.
