硫普罗宁治疗脂肪性肝病28例疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Tiopronin in Treating 28 Patients with Fatty Liver Disease

目的:评价硫普罗宁治疗脂肪性肝病的疗效。方法:硫普罗宁0.2g加入5%葡萄糖250ml或0.9%生理盐水250ml静滴,每日1次,共15d,并以一般护肝治疗作为对照。结果:治疗组临床症状及体征改善,肝功能恢复程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫普罗宁治疗脂肪性肝病安全,疗效显著。

Objective： To sununarize the curative effect of tiopronin in treating fatty liver disease.. Methods： The treatment group was given 250ml of glucose 5% or normal saline 0. 9% added to tiopronin by IV infusion. It was given once a day for 15 days, and the control group was given basic liver-protecting therapy. Results.. The recovery degree of liver function and the improvement of clinical ＇symptom and physical sign were superior to those of contrast group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：The tiopronin is a quite effective and safe remedy for fatty liver disease.
