Analysis of Pollution Emission Reduction of China's Paper Industry in 11th Five-year Plan Period

造纸行业既是我国社会经济发展重要的基础原材料产业,同时也是当前我国水环境主要的污染行业。因此,造纸行业的污染减排对于完成我国"十一五"主要污染物削减目标至关重要。通过对过去造纸行业环境污染的回顾,综合分析了我国造纸行业环境污染物的排放特征,阐述了今后我国造纸行业发展过程中面临的环境压力和存在的污染减排趋势。

Paper industry is one of the important fundamental raw material industries in the development of society and economy, but also is the main industry causing pollution of the water environment in China. So pollution emission reduction of paper industry is very important for achieving the aim of pollution control in 1 lth five-year plan period in China. Through the review on the environmental pollution of paper industry in the past time, pollution emission character of paper industry in China is discussed. Finally, environmental pressure and pollution emission reduction trend in the face of the development of Chinese paper industry in 1 lth five-year plan period are expatiated.
