摘要
采用自制的交联聚丙烯(PP-X)与超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)、聚丙烯(PP)共混,对共混物的力学性能和滑动摩擦性能进行了研究。结果表明,在力学性能改变不大的情况下,当UHMWPE/PP-X/PP的质量比为80/20/10时,共混物的磨痕宽度为5.69mm,摩擦系数为0.125,比纯UHMWPE的磨痕宽度、摩擦系数分别下降了21.73%和39.90%,比UHMWPE)/PP(100/10)共混物分别下降了2.0%和18.83%。扫描电子显微镜照片显示,在UHMWPE的磨损表面存在严重的刮痕、裂纹及磨屑,而在UHMWPE/PP-X/PP共混物的磨损表面却很少发现上述现象。
The mechanical properties and sliding wear properties of the blends of crosslinked polypropylene( PP-X ) made in our laboratory with uhra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) and polypropylene(PP) were studied. The results showed thai the wear .sear width of blend was 5.69 mm and friction coefficient was 0. 125 when the weight ratio of UHMWPE/PP-X/PP was 80/20/ 10, reduced by21.73 % and 39.90 % and by 2.00 % and 18.83 % respeetively comparing with abrasive properly nfthe pure UHMWPE and UHMWPE/PP blend(80/10). The mechanical properties of the blends only changed a little. The SEM photos showed thai there were clear scratches, cracks and wear debris on the worn surfaces of pure UHMWPE, while such phenomena were seldom seen on UHMWPE/PP-X/PP blends worn surfaces.
