PTW和EP复合增容PBT/PA610合金的研究

摘要 选用PTW和环氧树脂(EP)为复合增容剂,采用熔融挤出法制备了聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)/尼龙610(PA610)合金,研究了合金的力学性能和熔融结晶行为。结果表明,当PBT、PA610、PTW、EP的质量比为70/30/17/3时,合金的缺口冲击强度比PBT提高了344.8%;增容剂的加入使合金中PBT的结晶温度升高、结晶速率增大,但使合金的结晶度有所降低。 Polybutylene terephathalate(PBT)/nylon 610 (PA610) alloys were prepared by melting extrusion, with PTW (ethylene-butyl acrylate-methacrylic acid glycerin ester tripolymer) and epoxy (EP) as the compatibilizers. The mechanical performance, melting and crystallization behaviors of the prepared alloys were studied. The results showed that when the ratio of PBT, PA610, PTW, EP was 70/30t/17/3, the notched lzod impact strength of alloys was 444.8% higher than that of PBT; the addition of compatibilizers increased the crystallization temperature and rate of PBT, but decreased the crystallinity of products.
