摘要
高性能计算是世界各国竞相发展的高科技技术,而集群系统是高性能计算技术的主流方向,本文结合了当前受到极大关注的一种Linux系统Ubuntu和MPI库的实现MPICH2,介绍了基于Ubuntu的MPICH2并行计算集群系统构建过程。
High-performance computing is the high-tech technology that every country strive to develop all over the world, and cluster system becomes the main direction of high-performance computing technology, In this paper, by combining one kind of Linux system that attracted great attention named Ubuntu and the MPI implement called MPICH2, we constructs a Parallel MPICH2 Computing Cluster system based on the Ubuntu.
