OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF HOT RUNNER INJECTION MOULD FOR TYPICAL AND COMPLICATED TYPE OF PMMA HANDLES

摘要 针对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯把手造型复杂、质量要求高等特点,采用CAE技术对制品热流道注射成型过程进行模拟分析,并采用变收缩率、铍铜材料挤压成型模具镶件等方法来保证制品质量。实践证明,对于大批量生产的制品,采用一模多腔或制造多套同样的模具可大大缩短模具制造周期,提高成型效率,降低平均成本。 According to the feature of PMMA handles, which were requested for complicated type and high quality, the CAE technology was used to simulate and analyze the hot runner injection process. The method of changing shrinkage and using extrusion to form mould inserts with beryllium-copper alloy were put forward to guarantee the product quality. The mass production practice indicated that using one mold with more cavities or manufacturing the same molds could shorten the mould cycle greatly, improve the forming efficiency and reduce the average cost.
