摘要
本文基于义务教育绩效评价试点实践,通过对评价结果数据的分析,揭示现阶段我国义务教育发展面临的现实困境,并针对不同地区义务教育发展的共性和个性矛盾,提出构建新时期义务教育公共政策内容。
Based on the pilot practice of the performance evaluation on compulsory education and the analysis of the data about evaluation results, this article reveals the main real predicament of China compulsory education development at present stage. According to generality-individuality contradictions of compulsory education development among different regions, the paper proposes to construct public policy contents of compulsory education in new period.
