聚乳酸/粘胶纤维混纺产品定量分析方法研究

摘要 从玉米中取得的聚乳酸(PLA)纤维是一种非石油来源的、可完全生物降解的合成纤维.介绍了聚乳酸纤维和粘胶纤维的鉴别方法,并对PLA/粘胶纤维混纺产品定量分析方法作了探讨.定性鉴别采用燃烧法和溶解法相结合;定量分析采用75%硫酸,室温,110r/min,振荡30 min溶解粘胶纤维来完成. Poly(lactic acid)(PLA) fiber derived from corn is kind of synthetic fiber which belong to nonpetroleum system and could be totally bio-degraded. The methods for identifying poly(lactic acid) and viscose fiber were introduced. The quantitative analyses methods of PLA/viscose fiber blend product was discussed. The qualitative identification was performed by combining combustion method and dissolution method. The quantitative analysis was achieved by solving viscose fiber using 75% of sulfuric acid under room temperature shaking 30 min at the rate of 110 r/min.
