摘要
在山东华泰PM12纸机前期的安装过程中,由于华泰与纸机主体设备供应商配合密切,整个项目的安装工作提前完成,因此华泰寻求提前投产的可行性。由于ABB提供了电机控制中心(MCC)、传动和自动化系统,因此该项目能否提前投产,关键就在于ABB电气控制系统的调试。ABB运用先进的项目管理技术,缩短了调试时间,使得项目提前投产。
Shandong Huatai PM12 installation work finished before the schedule due to the good cooperation between the machine supplier and Huatai, so Huatai try to find the possibility of the early start-up of PM12. ABB supply the Motor Control Centre(MCC), Drive, and DCS system in this project, one key work of start-up is ABB control system commissioning. ABB use the advanced project management technology to shorten the commissioning period and start-up the machine one month before the schedule.
