This paper proposes the design mentality and configuration programme for the Doorway ＆ Monitor manage system of open type laboratory based on Intemet It elaborates the system functional requirement, performance requirement, Internet configuration design, design of functional module. It also establishs the system hardware platform and gives the main functional interface and tne background application code of the functional performance.
