摘要
采用LiCl/DMAc和LiCl/DMF极性溶剂溶解间位芳纶浆粕以制备芳纶溶液,考察了几种因素对LiCl/DMAc溶剂体系中浆粕溶解性能及溶液临界含水率的影响,并对芳纶浆粕结构进行FTIR与XRD表征。结果表明:LiCl/DMAc较LiCl/DMF溶剂体系更适合溶解芳纶浆粕。浆粕溶解性能随着水分含量降低、LiCl浓度增大、溶解温度提高、浆粕浓度降低而增强。其中浆粕在5%LiCl/DMAc中溶解性能较好,溶液稳定性较强。溶解迫使芳纶浆粕分子链间氢键断裂,结晶被破坏。
Meta-aramid pulp was dissolved in polar solvent of LiCl/DMAc and LiCl/DMF, some factors affecting dissolving performance of aramid fiber and critical water content in solvent were discussed and the structure of aramid pulp was characterized by FTIR and XRD. The results showed that LiCl/DMAc was more suitable for dissolving aramid pulp than in LiCl/DMF. Dissolving performance of pulp was improved with the decrease of water content, dissolving consistency, the increase of LiCl content and dissolving temperature. Preferable dissolving performance was obtained in 5% LiCl/ DMAc with excellent stability of solution. Dissolution resulted in the rupture of hydrogen bond between the molecular chain of aramid pulp and breakage of crystal.
