燃烧炉汽包液位调试体会

摘要 从汽包安全运行角度对水位测控系统和水位监控报警系统进行了分析。水位测控系统引入了双室平衡容器和差压变送器测量液位,有效地克服了"虚假液位"现象;液位监控报警系统引入了电接点液位计作为汽包液位监控报警装置。对现场调试中所遇到的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决办法。 An analysis was made on the measurement and control system and monitoring and alarming system of water level from the perspective of smooth running of steam drum. Water level measurement and control system employs a two-room balance container and differential pressure transmitter to overcome the "false level" phenomenon. Water level monitoring and alarm system introduces the electric contact level meter as a level monitoring alarm device. The problems in field commissioning are analyzed and their counter measures are proposed.
