With the vapor after power generation from backpressure turbine （0.3MPa saturated vapor） as power supply, chilled water of 7-12℃ was prepared by steam jet refrigerating machine for cooling in production technology, equipment and offices in enterprises to solve the balance of the combined system of heat, electricity and cooling supply with a remarkable benefit of energy conservation and discharge reduction.
