摘要
本文介绍了一种改进了的碳化硅冶炼炉。我们采用隔热墙结构代替原炉墙两侧的保温料,隔热墙结构设计为积木式;炉体整体下沉至水平面以下,以利于保温和装卸炉操作;加宽炉体,缩短炉长.对炉体改进前后的碳化硅品质及耗电量进行了分析对比,结果表明改进后的冶炼炉生产的SiC纯度提高,电耗减少,每吨下降150kWh.
A reformed SiC melting furnace was introduced. Heat insulating wall was adopted to replace the traditional heat preservation stuffing. The structure of heat insulating wall was designed as building-block like. The furnace was designed to be under the ground level in order to improve the heat retaining effect and to facilitate the loading and unloading. Analysis and comparison was conducted on the quality of SiC and the power consumption. The results indicated that, owing to the reformed structure of the farnace, the quality of SiC was improved, the impurities were decreased, and the power consumption was decreased by 150 kWh/t.
