摘要
研究了凯赛微珠在钢丝绳芯输送带粘合胶中的应用。结果表明,凯赛微珠能够100%取代白炭黑,对硫化胶性能影响不大。使用相同份数的凯赛微珠替代白炭黑,粘合胶与钢丝绳老化前后的粘合强度(抽出力)基本持平,老化后性能有所提高。使用凯赛微珠替代白炭黑,能显著降低输送带配方成本。
Applications of Kaisai micro bead in adhesive rubber of the steel cord conveyor belt were introduced in this paper. It was found that the Kaisai micro bead can replace the white carbon of all, and produced little effect on performance of vulcanization rubber. Using the same shares of Kaisai micro bead to replace white carbon, the bonding strength of adhesive rubber and steel cord at before and after aging was basically the same, but that can increase the performance after aging. To use kaisai micro bead replace white carbon that can significant reduce in prescription costs of the conveyor belt.
