摘要
黄酮类化合物广泛存在于自然界,资源丰富,且具有多种生理活性,是一类受到广泛重视的天然化合物。对黄酮类化合物的主要测定方法进行了总结,并对各方法特点进行了研究分析。
Flavonoids are widespread in nature and rich in resources, and they have a variety of physical activity, are important natural compounds. In this paper, the determination methods of flavonoids were introduced, and the characteristics of the method were analysised.
