摘要
分析了焊接电源存在的谐波问题,详细论述了谐波在焊接机器人系统中带来的主要干扰;并结合屏蔽、滤波和接地3大技术,提出了抑制谐波干扰的措施,此研究成果可为焊接机器人制造提供理论和实践上的参考依据.
It analyzes harmonic interferes, mechanism that the introduction interferes emerging and propagating the way. Starting with the a- nalysis on output harmonic voltage of 3 - phase converter, the analytic calculating equation on harmonic torque of the synchronous motor is obtained. The suppressing the method to interfere are expounded. The investigation provides theoretical and practical references for the welding robot man- ufacture.
