HSP70在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

Expression of HSP70 and Its Clinical Significance in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在正常鼻咽组织、鼻咽异型增生和鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测16例正常鼻咽组织、11例鼻咽异型增生组织和47例鼻咽癌组织HSP70蛋白表达,分析鼻咽癌组织HSP70表达与鼻咽癌组织类型、恶性程度(鼻咽癌的病理分级)相关性。结果HSP70在正常鼻咽组织阳性率为18.8%(3/16)、表达弱(+);鼻咽异型增生组织阳性率为54.6%(6/11)、强度为中等(+~++);鼻咽癌组织阳性表达率分别为70.2%(33/47)、表达强(+++),各组之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。在47例鼻咽癌组织标本中,19例为高分化,阳性率为31.5%(6/19)、强度为中等(+~++)。28例为低分化,阳性率为96.4%(27/28),表达为强阳性(+++)。结论HSP70表达强度以及阳性率与在鼻咽癌癌变进程呈相关,HSP70表达水平与鼻咽癌的类型、恶性程度(鼻咽癌的病理分级)密切相关。 Objective To explore HSP70 expression and its clinical significance in normal nasopharyngeal tissue, atypical hyperplasia nasopharyngeal tissue, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue. Methods HSP70 expression was detected in 16 cases of normal nasopharyngeal tissue, 11 cases of atypical hyperplasia nasopharyngeal tissue, and 4? cases of naso- pharyngeal carcinoma tissue using immunohislochemistry, and the relationship between HSP70 and histological types was analyzed. Results Among 16 normal nasopharyngeal specimens, HSP70 expression of 3 specimens was positive at weak density ( + ), with the positive rate of 18.8%. 6 of 11 atypical hyperplasia nasopharyngeal specimens were positive, and positive rate was .54.6 % at middle density ( + -- + + ). In 47 nasopharyngeal carcinoma specimens, HSP70 expression of 33 specimens was positive at strong density. There was a significant difference between normal nasopharyngeal tissue and atypical hyperplasia nasopharyngeal tissue (P〈 0.01), or atypical hyperplasia nasopharyngeal tissue and nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue (P 〈 0.05). In 28 low differentiation nasopharyngeal carcinoma of 47 cases, HSP70 expression of 27 cases was positive, with the positive rate of 94.6 %, while only 6 cases of 19 high differentiation nasopharyngeal carcinoma were posi- tive, with the positive rate of 31.5 %. HSP70 expression was high in the low differentiation compared with the high differentia- tion (P〈 0.05). Conclusions There is a relativity between HSP70 expression and nasopharyngeal carcinogenesis; and HSP70 expression is closely related to histological types.
