铜绿假单胞菌耐消毒剂基因检测与对消毒剂抗性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌抗药基因(qacE△1-sul1)存在状况及对高中低效消毒剂抗性水平。方法采用聚合酶链反应法和定量杀菌实验检测qacE△1-sul1基因和对消毒剂抗性。结果30株铜绿假单胞菌检测qacE△1-sul1基因阳性13株(43.3%);消毒剂对其的杀灭率均为100%。结论我院临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌qacE△1-sul1基因携带率较高。对临床常用消毒剂未产生抗性。 Objective To investigate qacEΔ1 - sull gene and the bacterial resistance among clinical isolated strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital. Methods The qacEΔ1 - sull gene and its disinfectantresistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa were determined by PCR and fixed quantity sterilization experiments. Results In 30 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the positive rate of gene of qacEΔ1 - sull was 43.3% (13/30). The killing rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains was 100%. Conclusion There is higher positive rate of qacEΔ1 - sull gene in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the inpatients in our hospital. Disinfectant- resistance to various disinfectants is not found.
