湖南省1990-1992年及2004-2005年恶性肿瘤减寿年数和减寿率分析

Analysis on Life Lost and Potential Years of Life Lost Rate Induced by Malignant Tumors During Two Periods of 1990～1992 and 2004～2005 in Hunan Province

目的了解湖南省2004-2005年恶性肿瘤对居民寿命危害程度。方法运用减寿年数和减寿率指标分析湖南省2004-2005年恶性肿瘤死亡所致的寿命损失情况并与1990-1992年的数据比较。结果2004-2005年恶性肿瘤标化减寿率与1990-1992年相比较增长了47.74%。女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌及白血病的标化减寿率增加幅度较大。男性恶性肿瘤减寿年数构成比在两个时期都比女性高(P<0.05)。1990-1992年居民恶性肿瘤减寿年数构成比排序前四位是肝癌、白血病、胃癌、肺癌;2004-2005年居民恶性肿瘤减寿年数构成比排序前四位是肝癌、肺癌、白血病、胃癌。结论2004-2005年恶性肿瘤标化减寿率比1990-1992年有较大幅度增长,男性恶性肿瘤减寿年数构成比一直比女性高,女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌及白血病的标化减寿率增加幅度大,两个时期湖南省恶性肿瘤减寿年数构成比排序前四位是都是肝癌、肺癌、白血病、胃癌。各级部门要加大对男性居民的肝癌、肺癌、白血病、胃癌等恶性肿瘤及女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌的防治力度。

Objective To investigate the malignant tumors＇ harm to people＇s health and life in Hunan Province from 2004 to 2005. Methods Potential years of life lost rate and the years of life lost were used to conduct contrastive analysis between the former （1990- 1992） and the latter （2004- 2005 ）. Results The malignant tumor standardized potential years of life lost rates during the period of 2004--2005 showed an increase by 47.74 % as compared with those of during the period of 1990--1992. The standardized potential years of life lost rates induced by breast cancer, cervical cancer and leukemia in women increased significantly. The constitution ratio of years of life lost in men malignancies was hicjher than that in women during the past two periods （P〈 0.05）. The leading cancers in the constitution ratio of years of life lost for malignancies during the period of 1990--1992 were liver cancer, leukemia, stomach cancer, and lung cancer; and those during the period of 2004--2005 were liver cancer, lung cancer, leukemia, and stomach cancer. Condasioas The malignant tumor standardized potential years of life lost rate in the years of 2004--2005 increased significantly as compared with those in the years of 1990--1992. The constitution ratio of years of life lost in men malignancies was higher than that in women all along. The standardized potential years of life lost rate induced by breast cancer, cervical cancer, and leukemia in women increased significantly. The leading cancers in the constitution ratio of years of life lost for malignancies were liver cancer, lung cancer, leukemia, and stomach cancer during the two periods. All levels of medical institutions should take full attention to prevent and control malignant tumors, specially liver cancer, lung cancer, leukemia, and stomach cancer in males, and breast cancer and cervical cancer in females.
