摘要
仲裁是劳动争议解决的基本途径之一。通过对劳动争议仲裁组织、仲裁管辖权制度以及仲裁回避制度的问题分析,提出解决建议,以期对劳动争议仲裁制度的完善有所裨益。
Arbitration is one of the main methods for solving labor dispute. Through analyzing the problems in labor dispute arbitration organization, arbitration jurisdiction system and the arbitration withdrawal system, some suggestions are proposed in order to benefit the improvement of labor dispute arbitration system.
