To summary the successfid experience in 10 cases PICC puncturation under the guiding of ultrasound. To be familiar with and master the skill of PICC could increase the achievement ratio of puncturation, allay the patient＇s pain, supply a safer way of administration, and decrease the operation risk in nursing care.
