摘要 设计一个高精度、可配置的数控机床模拟系统,能很大的提高数控系统批量生产测试的测试效率和精度.其中,刀架模拟子系统是数控机床模拟系统中关键子系统之一.本文根据刀架系统的工作原理,提出了用Petri网来对刀架系统建模的新方法,并设计出刀架模拟软件来模拟机床刀架系统.该软件为完成机床模拟器做了一步很重要的工作. In the mass producing and testing process of NC system, a high-precision, configurable NC machine simulator can greatly improve the efficiency and precision of the testing. The tool rest simulator is an important subsystem of NC machine simulator. According to the working theory of the tool rest, the paper proposes a new method of using Petri net to build the model, and designs a tool rest simulator to instead of the tool rest. The paper makes a great progress in implementing the machine tool simulator.
