摘要 如何创建并保持一个高效的团队是很多公共卫士管理者面临的挑战。一个高效的团队必须有明确的目标,而且该目标被团队所有成员所理解并达成一致;团队成员之间必须分工明确和有效合作,相互之间互补,成为良性互动;团队应有良好的计划,对挑战有很好的估计和应对,同时按照计划对工作进行优先排序;团队内部之间要尽量避免冲突,加强内部和外部的有效沟通;同时在公共卫生领域尤其要强调建立一个学习型的团队,除了干中学还要争取通过其他有效方式加强能力建设。 With the rapid progress of public health, more and more areas and contents have been covered. As an important part of the public health management ,team work has been emphasized and focused. How to create a high preformance team is a huge challenge for public health managers. A high performance team should have definite goal and objectives which should be understood and reached an agreement by all team members. Each team member should understand his/her own duties,cooperate with others and mutual benefit to others to form win - win solu- tion situations. The team should have feasible operative work plan which should be developed by all team members together. Risk, situation and response analysis should be made to arrange works by priorities. Conflicts should be avoided within the team and effective communication both between internal and external of the team should be made. For public heahh management,a learning team should be established and further emphasized,not only learning by process but also by other effective capacity building methods.
