摘要
目的为掌握黑龙江省食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌污染状况,构建食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌污染数据库。方法在黑龙江省选取6个具有代表性城市建立监测哨点,定期对6类食品进行采样,检验采用增菌液(LB1、LB2)增菌后,用科玛嘉显色培养基分离,再做相应的生化及API Listeria快速反应板鉴定。结果检测6类760份食品样品,检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌(L.m)43株,检出率为5.66%。结论黑龙江省食品均不同程度受到L.m的污染,尤以生畜禽肉、非定型包装熟肉污染严重,淡水产品次之,生食蔬菜少见。
Object To know the polluting status of Listeria monocytogenes in food in Heilongjiang province and build up pollution database of Listeria monocytogenes in food. Method 6 representative cities were selected to build surveillance spots and 6 kinds of food were collected as samples regularly. Firstly, bacteria were increased in culture medium (LB1, LB2). Secondly, they were isolated in CHROMagar color- medium. Then, they were identified by corresponding biochemical reaction and fast reaction identification plate of Listeria. Result 6 kinds of 760 food samples were detected with Listeria monocytogeries (L. m) and detection rate was 5.66 %. Conclusion The food in Heilongjiang province is polluted by L. m in varying degrees. The worst pollution is in fresh meat and fowl and non - shaped packing cooked meat. Freshwater products are the second and pollution in eaten raw vegetables is rare.
