In this paper, we elaborated the adjustment of investment structure was the main theme of promoting in-depth development of adjustment of structure at the new stage. According to the need for a new approach to industrialization, adjustment of structure needed promoting urbanization and improving the level of market-oriented system aimed at enhancing overall national strength, raising the income of urban and rural residents and achieving the goal of building the over-all society.
