摘要
火电厂燃烧耗油主要是锅炉起停过程中的耗油,为了节约机组燃油,对古交电厂2号机组进行小油枪改造,达到小油枪直接点燃煤粉、油煤混燃的目的。同时,分析了火电厂小油枪系统的工作原理、系统组成和点火流程。
Fuel consumption of the thermal power plant is mainly in the process of fuel stop in the stop-and-go process. In order to save fuel of set, we modified the small oil gun of Gujiao Power Plant Unit Two in order to achieve the goal of direct ignition and combustion of mixed fuel and coal. Also, we analyzed the operating principle, system element, and flow sheet of ignition.
