This article introduces the institutional arrangements, the organization structure and some related construction of essential factors about the reform and innovation of management system in Shenzhen University teaching laboratories. Practice has proved that it is because of this reform＇s so much innovation that it has caused Shenzhen University to carry on the laboratory teaching reform, the opening of the laboratories, the construction and management of laboratories and therefore each work has realized the great- leap- forward development. The students become the greatest beneficiary from the new system. On such a grand platform with the good conditions of experiment, practice, field training and innovation, both practical skill and innovation ability of the students were improve dramatically. The overall quality of the students is enhanced comprehensively, together with brilliant achievements.
