摘要
该文介绍了深圳大学教学实验室管理体制改革与创新的制度安排、组织架构与相关的要素建设等。实践证明,此项改革因其诸多的创新,使深圳大学实验教学改革、实验室开放、实验室建设与管理的各项工作实现了跨越式发展。学生成为新体制的最大收益者,在一个实验、实践、实训与创新条件俱佳的大平台上,学生的动手与创新能力大幅提升,综合素质全面提高,成绩斐然。
This article introduces the institutional arrangements, the organization structure and some related construction of essential factors about the reform and innovation of management system in Shenzhen University teaching laboratories. Practice has proved that it is because of this reform's so much innovation that it has caused Shenzhen University to carry on the laboratory teaching reform, the opening of the laboratories, the construction and management of laboratories and therefore each work has realized the great- leap- forward development. The students become the greatest beneficiary from the new system. On such a grand platform with the good conditions of experiment, practice, field training and innovation, both practical skill and innovation ability of the students were improve dramatically. The overall quality of the students is enhanced comprehensively, together with brilliant achievements.
