摘要
为生物学专业本科生开设“毛细管胶束电动色谱分析饮料中的咖啡因”开放实验，介绍了开放实验选题的目的和意义，以及具体实验内容和实验结果与讨论。该实验可作为仪器分析和色谱分析课程中的毛细管电泳教学实验。
This paper presents an opening experiment for students practised in biology major. It introduces the purpose and significance of capillary electrophoresis experiment design, the aim and content, results and discussions. This experiment can be designed as a capillary electrophoresis teaching experiment for the courses of instrument analysis and chromatography analysis.
