在微机上模拟蛋白质纯化实验又称“干实验”，它是通过模拟软件完成的。文章论述了该教学软件开发的思路及过程，介绍了教学软件的教学效果、使用情况和学生的评价。最后提出了软件进一步升级和后续开发的构想。

Simulating the experiment of purification of proteins on microcomputers, called ＂dry experiment＂, is completed by simulation software. The idea for developing this CAI software and procedures of the development are discussed. Then teaching effects, using circumstances, and comments of students about the software are introduced. Finally, the idea for further update and following development of this software is proposed.
