摘要
高校实验室的创新文化是在实验室建设与管理过程中积淀而成的一种价值观念和精神气质,是一种充分发挥实验室教学、知识、科研、熏陶等功能并激发创新行为的文化氛围。在对我国高校实验室创新文化缺失现象进行深入反思的基础上,结合现代管理理论,从高校实验室文化管理、能本管理、扁平化管理与知识管理的角度,提出了有利于创新文化生成与持续优化的高校实验室现代管理模式。
The innovation culture of laboratory is a kind of values and spiritual temperament deposited in the process of laboratory construction and management. It is a sort of culture environment which excites innovation behavior and in which functions of laboratory such as teaching, learning, scientific research and nurturing are fully brought into play. Based on in-depth recollection on the deficiency phenomenon of the innovation culture of laboratory in colleges and universities, some modern management measures for laboratory such as culture management, capacity-oriented management, fiat management and knowledge management are put forward to help to breed and optimize the innovation culture.
