It is a sort of culture environment which excites innovation behavior and in which functions of laboratory such as teaching, learning, scientific research and nurturing are fully brought into play. Based on in-depth recollection on the deficiency phenomenon of the innovation culture of laboratory in colleges and universities, some modern management measures for laboratory such as culture management, capacity-oriented management, fiat management and knowledge management are put forward to help to breed and optimize the innovation culture.
