摘要
针对单阀切换顺序阀时引起的负荷波动、汽轮机主要运行参数出现异常变化问题,对顺序阀运行方式下重叠度的确定进行了研究分析,通过调节系统试验确定合理重叠度的方法,并分析了重叠度对调节系统和调节级效率的影响。
On part load fluctuation occurred during switching from single valve to sequential valve operation, and abnormal variation of main operation parameters occurred after sequential valve was put into operation. In view of these problems, this paper studied the nozzle governing overlap of operation mode of sequential valve, with which the rational overlapping fixed by a further test performed with the governing system, and the influence of governing stage efficiency and the governing system.
