摘要
收集整理了5.12汶川大地震对震中1000km范围内21台正常运行中的汽轮发电机组轴系振动的影响,涉及机组单台容量从125MW^600MW。强烈地震波对汽轮机的低压部分及发电机振动影响较大,对汽轮机高、中压部分振动影响相对较小,尤其是对可倾瓦轴承支承的高、中压转子更小。椭圆瓦轴承支承的转子在润滑油膜承载中心线方向振动相对变化较小,承载中心线的垂直方向振动变化较大。当机组原始振动偏大及距震中较近时还存在明显的动静碰撞摩擦。
The effect upon 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake upon shafting vibration in the range of epicenter 1 000 km in the light of 21 turbogenerators under normal operation, involving in the single unit' s capacity from 125MW to 6OOMW. Strong seismic wave has great effect upon LP part and generator, has little effect upon HP and MP part, esp. less effect upon HP & MP rotor supported by inclined pile. The vibration of rotor supported by elliptic pile along lubrication oil film bearing center line varies less, while that along vertical direction varies more. There is obvious static & dynamic collision friction in case of serious original vibration and short distance to epicenter.
