摘要
当前,保险业处于日益激烈的市场竞争环境之中,进行服务创新必须转变观念,真正树立"以客户为中心"的经营理念;运用新的信息技术手段,为客户提供富有特色的超值服务;创新保险服务链,丰富保险服务内涵;创新服务手段,满足新的经营模式对服务能力的要求;实施企业流程重组,创新服务体制;诚信践诺,提高理赔服务质量;加强职业道德教育,提升保险从业人员的职业道德水平。
Insurance is gradually in a fierce competition of marketplace environment. Being innovative serve, insurance companies should have operation ideas of serving "customer " , providing valued serves for the customer by wielding new IT, riehing insurance serves connotation, innovativeing insurance serves chain , satisfying the demand for service ability of new managing to the innovative serving pattern, innovativing serving system by putting enterprise technological process restructuring into practice, improving the service quality of settling a claim by keeping self promise and promote the insurance employee by reinforcing professional ethics education.
