阿维菌素的环境雌激素活性和生殖毒性评价 被引量:5

Avermectin's Safety Evaluation of Environmental Estrogenic Activity and Reproductive Toxicity

摘要 采用0.2,2.0,20.0μg/L阿维菌素暴露雄性金鱼(Carassius auratus)21 d,以雄鱼卵黄原蛋白产生、生殖腺指数、γ-谷氨酰转移酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性为生物标志物,评价了阿维菌素的环境雌激素活性和生殖毒性.结果表明,阿维菌素不能诱导雄性金鱼分泌卵黄原蛋白,可能不具有环境雌激素活性.但是经阿维菌素暴露21 d后,雄鱼生殖腺指数降低,其中20.0μg/L暴露组(0.478±0.098)与对照组(0.751±0.325)相比差异显著.阿维菌素还抑制了精巢γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性,20.0μg/L暴露组((3.07±0.66)U.L-1.mg-1)与对照组((4.61±0.91)U.L-1.mg-1)相比差异显著.阿维菌素降低了雄鱼生殖腺指数、抑制了精巢γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性,表明其对鱼类具有潜在的生殖毒性. Male goldfish were exposed to 0.2, 2.0 and 20.0μg/L avermectin for 21 d. Male fish vitellogenin production, gonadsomatic index, γ-GTP and LDH were adopted as biomarkers for the evaluation of avermectin's environmental estrogenic activity and reproductive toxicity. The results indicated that avermectin could not induce male goldfish to synthesize vitellogenin, so avermectin didn't have the activity of environmental estrogen. Avermectin could reduce the gonadsomatic index of male fish, which turned out to be (0. 478±0. 098) for the 20.0μg/L exposed group. There was a significant difference when compared with control group (0. 751±0. 325). Avermectin also suppressed the activity of γ-GTP. Compared with that of the control group((4.61±0.91) U. L^-1 .mg ^-1), the 20.0 μg/L exposed groupshowed significant difference with the value of. ((3.07±0.66) U.L^-1 .mg^-1). Avermectin could reduce the gonadsomatic index of male fish and suppress the activity of γ-GTP, so avermectin might have reproductive toxicity.
