女性主观偏好对我国科技界性别分层的影响

The influence of female subjective value priority on the gender stratification of Chinese Sci-tech Circle

在科技界,男女科学家在产出和地位方面的差异是显著存在的,而且随着年龄的增长,男女科学家发表成果的差别越来越大。对造成男女科学家地位和成就分化原因的研究一直成为研究的焦点。本文在2006-2007年的问卷调查基础上,从科技女性主观价值偏好的视角,对此问题进行了解读。研究发现:主观偏好具有重要的影响;同时,在职业发展的不同阶段,科技女性主观价值取向与男性相比呈现不同的变化趋势。该结果从一个新的角度对我国科技界性别分层现象进行了解释。

In Sci -tech Circle, there are significant gender difference in scientists＇ research output and position. Also these gaps become larger and larger with scientists＇ age. The study on the reason of sex differences in scientists＇ achievement and position has been a focus issue. Based on a survey conducted in 2006 - 2007, this paper analyzes this issue in the view of female subjective value orientation. Firstly, the subjective factor has important influence. Secondly, with the career development, the subjective value orientation of women scientists and engineers changed in quite different way with their male peers. This finding may give us another point of view to interpret the phenomenon of gender stratification in Sci - tech Circle in China.
