Evaluation method of products with indigenous intellectual property rights

为度量我国产业技术竞争力,人们常以高新技术行业数据作统计分析,而忽略了产品自主知识产权方面的测量指标。开展产品自主知识产权评价意义重要,是合理度量我国产业竞争力、制定配套政策的基础。该文旨在构建自主知识产权产品评价的指标体系,并辅之以案例计算,为开展产品自主知识产权评价提供操作理论基础。

In order to measure the competence of China hi - tech industries we analyze the statistical data of the hi - tech products, which is not accurate in China because current statistical data could not reflect the technological level of the manufacturers. From the view of technology, evaluating the amount of intellectual property rights of a product is very meaningful for China, which can measure the competence of China industries and could be the base of the relative policies. This paper aims to construct a series of indices, followed by case studies, to evaluate the competence of China hi - tech industries. It may provide the insights for industrial competence evaluation for policy - makers.
