摘要
本文作为团队学习研究的延续,提出并试图回答两个问题:(1)心理安全与团队学习的九种子能力间分别存在什么关系?(2)心理安全是否通过团队总体学习能力的中介作用影响团队绩效?基于收集的201个样本数据,我们发现心理安全与团队学习子能力间存在正相关关系,并且团队学习总体能力对心理安全与团队绩效间的关系的中介效应占总效应的70.2%。这些结论显示,在团队建设实践过程中,为了促进团队学习能力与团队绩效的改进,管理者应该特别关注心理安全氛围的建立。
Following what we have done, we bring forward two questions. What relationships are there of psychological safety and team learning capacity? Does total team learning capacity mediate the relationship of psychological safety and team performance.9 A sample composed of 201 subjects was studied empirically. Psychological safety is found to positively correlate with each learning capacity and total team learning capacity is found to be a mediator. During the process of team building, managers may pay more attention to de building of the atmosphere of psychological safety.
